At Dappleberry Yarns, every order is carefully packed by hand with the same care and attention that goes into creating each handmade product.

Shipping Within Australia

Dappleberry Yarns currently ships to addresses within Australia only.

All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, such as major fibre festivals, public holidays or special promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel through Australia Post.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are outside the control of Dappleberry Yarns.

While every effort is made to ensure your parcel arrives safely and promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to weather events, peak postal periods or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Dappleberry Yarns as soon as possible.

We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please keep all packaging and damaged items, as Australia Post may require photographs or additional information during their investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to Dappleberry Yarns, additional postage costs may apply before the order can be resent.
